Booking & Service Policy
- — $99 deposit on all services, credited toward your balance after the work is completed.
- — 48-hour cancellation notice required — cancellations inside 48 hours forfeit the deposit.
- — $149 / hour travel for jobs outside our standard service area.
- — All parts & labor are billed separately unless quoted as a package.
1st Choice Residential · Fireplace & Grill
Labor & Parts Warranty
We warrant our labor and workmanship for 15 days from job completion. If a defect in our workmanship or a failure of parts we installed occurs during the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no charge to you.
Manufacturer warranties on components (burners, valves, etc.) are separate and in addition to ours — we will assist with any valid manufacturer claims.
This warranty does not cover
- — Pre-existing conditions
- — Damage from misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
- — Normal wear and tear
- — Repairs made by others
